Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. The information you share today will help us develop a picture of racism and its impact at Amnesty and build a collective case for the solutions and changes needed to address it. You can share your experience in English, French or Spanish.

Before telling us what happened, it’s important that you understand what type of data will be collected and how it will be used. By making a submission you consent to the processing of your information in line with our Privacy guidelines / Declaración de Privacidad / Déclaration de confidentialité.

We recognise that sharing an experience of racism (including single incidents and behavioural / institutional patterns) may prompt staff to recount or relive challenging experiences and can be upsetting. All questions asked by the platform are optional, but the more details you are comfortable providing, the clearer the picture of racism at Amnesty becomes. 

You can make a submission: 

  • As the target of racism. 
  • ‘On behalf of someone else’: with the consent of the person targeted, please relay their experiences and feelings, and the impacts the incident(s) or patterns had on them. If you also witnessed this event, you may want to complete a separate submission sharing your own experience. 
  • As a witness: please describe your own experience and feelings, and the impacts that the incident(s) or patterns you observed had on you.
