If you would like to further your understanding of racism, its impacts in the workplace and beyond, there are several internal trainings currently available for staff.

LinkedIn Learning
Colleagues at the IS have free access to LinkedIn learning where, alongside various career courses, there are multiple courses on antiracism in the workplace. To access and learn more about LinkedIn Learning visit the Everything you need to know about LinkedIn Learning article (Nolwazi).

  • Supporting allyship and anti-racism at work
  • How to speak up against racism at work
  • Discussing anti racism with Dr Christina Greer,

  • Driving change and anti-racism. 
Internal Training
The internal training serves as a means to deepen our understanding of anti-racism principles and to empower each other to be catalysts for meaningful change in Amnesty and the communities we serve. Available courses include:
  • How to drive anti-racism behaviours 
  • Unconscious bias training for managers 
  • Microaggressions training for managers 
  • The Diversity Challenge
